Job Description | -Designing and planning of in-house animal studies. Identification of NDDS opportunity. -Ability to develop & validate the in-vitro & in-vivo models for screening lead candidates. Pharmacological analysis and interpretations to support the proof of concept. -Hands on experience in animal handling -Ability to work independently and interdependently in a supportive multi-functional team setting -Adequate knowledge on safety pharmacology and monitoring studies at CROs. Conducting GLP tox studies -Experimental skills related to handling of animals, microsurgeries, blood sampling, dosing via different routes -Ability to analysis and assess the outcomes of the pharmacological and PK studies. -Robust knowledge on the animal models (xenograft models, diabetic models); Pharmacological analysis and interpretations to support the proof of concept. -Well acquainted with the recent scientific updates and willing to delivery in day to day scientific discussion |
