Job Description:
- Designing, Developing and Implementing Administration/Facility Management Policies & Procedures
- Managing the whole General Administration related activities including; Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security, Procurement, Asset Management, Office Maintenance & Renovation.
- Arranging to provide all sort of administrative support to the Senior Managers and Senior Executives.
- Acting as Interface between Sr Management and Middle Management and Administrative Staff.
- Coordinating with Vendors for yearly contract for Stationary, Car Rentals, Hotels and Support Staff.
- Managing accounting activities such as billing, petty cash, and payments to vendors, submission and clarification of bills.
- Reviewing Monthly Reports of the Administration Department.
- Managing the Communication Infrastructure such as Telephone Instruments, Lines, Faxes, Couriers and Inward and Outward of Materials.
