Job Description
Incumbent should be aware of L&L and P2P agreements with clients & will be responsible for sourcing new product ,
take orders from 3rd party manufacturing , add new accounts and grow existing accounts would also be responsible in acquiring new partners for contract manufacturing opportunities.
Job Responsibilities :
· In Licensing: To tie up with international companies for in licensing of molecules and NNDS products as per strategic fit

Job Responsibilities :
· In Licensing: To tie up with international companies for in licensing of molecules and NNDS products as per strategic fit
· Analyzing and understanding the market dynamics to identify new products suitable to strengths of marketing teams
· Monitoring all the new products in pipeline through various processes. Identifying gaps in the process and take pro-active steps for possible remedies to cut short the time to market.
· Keep up-to-date with global pharma developments to identify the future molecules
· Co-marketing NDDS products with suitable partners in Indian market
· To prepare production plans for all the divisions of company to avail all the products required by Marketing with a view to control the inventory as well. To interact with production and purchase to ensure smooth deliveries
· To prepare profitability reports of each division with the help of Accounts every month and analyzing the same
· Contract Manufacturing: To find out new manufacturing locations for contract manufacturing the products to suit organizational requirement in a cost effective manner.
